Do I need a design?

A design may be required by your HOA for project approval.  It may also be needed for a large/wide scope project to deliver an accurate cost estimate.

What does a design include?

The typical design process includes:

                1. A free consultation

                2. Existing Conditions Plan

                3. Conceptual Landscape Plan

                4. A meeting to review Conceptual Plan

                5. Final Landscape Plan and Details

                6. A meeting to review the Final Plan

                7. Submittal to HOA (submittal fees not included)

                8. Construction Cost Estimate

What kind of additional design work can be done?

We can also offer 3D color renderings, before & after photo simulations, and construction drawings.

Do you complete designs over the winter?

Yes, winter is the best time for design work. We can prepare your project in order to jump-start at the beginning of the our implementation season.

Our Silverthorne nursery is open year-round with seasonal days and hours.  The Grand County nursery is open seasonally during summer, and by appointment during winter.  Check the Contact Us section of this website for up-to-date hours.
